Employers
An Apprenticeship is a smart, cost-effective way to recruit a new staff member. Above all, it means you can train someone to work in the way that suits your organisation.
Our Apprenticeship programmes have been designed with growth of the region in mind; so that local employers can get more out of hiring an Apprentice. The programmes offer a flexible menu of options that can be tailored to your business to best suit your organisational needs and objectives.

Funding
In April 2017, the government changed the way that Apprenticeships are funded.
Employers that have a wage bill over £3 million annualy are now required to contribute to the Apprenticeship Levy, in addition there have been changes to the funding for Apprenticeship training for all employers. Employers that pay into the Apprenticeship Levy are then able to use this fund to invest into the development of their workforce.
