Local MP Praises Liberty Steel UK Training Centre
Published: 30th of May 2024
Labour MP John Healy and Labour candidate Marie Tidball recently visited our top-of-the-range training centre based at Liberty Steel UK, Sheffield.
Throughout their visit, they had the opportunity to speak to current Apprentices about their studies, the benefits of Apprenticeships and how the training centre supports them with the practical work-based skills that they would need for their future careers.
They also had a chat with our tutors about the technical and electrical aspects of the Apprenticeships, how they support our learners and how the practical skills will support and benefit the Apprentices when they start in the workforce.
John and Marie have praised our Apprentices, tutors and the facilities and have personally thanked Liberty Steel UK and the college for welcoming them to the training centre, showing them around and for taking the time to talk to them.
