Day release to college each month for knowledge input. In addition to college attendance one to one support in the workplace. Review meetings with the tutor, apprentice and their manager will be scheduled every 8-12 weeks.

Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

This qualification is aimed primarily at individuals who are new to the role or are progressing on their career journey through the organisation. Development of organisation specific knowledge, the skills and behaviours required to do the role

The purpose of the end point assessment is to assess whether the apprentice has met the requirements of the standard. Within this, the assessment should:

1. Have maximum relevance to the real job that the apprentice is doing to truly test full competence in the role

2. Give assurance to the employer that the apprenticeship is being delivered in a consistent and appropriate manner

A Consultative Project, which contains a range of evidence demonstrating that the apprentice has met the requirements of specific Knowledge and Skills

Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice

After 3 years or when significant change is required

New recruits or existing staff with previous experience in the financial sector

Apprentices will be assessed by AAT unit tests which are mostly computer based. These will include a synoptic test and portfolio with a professional discussion at the end of the Apprenticeship.

Professional Accounting and Taxation Technician Level 4 Apprenticeship

After 3 years or when significant change is required

New and/or existing staff responsible for coordinating and delivering specific marketing activities such as marketing content creation, background market and customer research, monitoring campaign analytic and collecting data, using relevant marketing software/systems, maintaining marketing administration activities such as managing the supply of marketing literature, tracking marketing expenditure, supporting the procurement of, and overseeing the delivery of work by external and internal marketing..

Delivery model is remote learning and lessons take place weekly. In addition to this your Assessor will spend time with you working on a one to one basis to build and complete your portfolio of evidence along with a synoptic project.

An electronic portfolio systems is used to collate all evidence.

This qualification is aimed primarily at individuals that support customer focussed marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness raising and/or perception building to generate results to the bottom line.

The emerging green economy is creating increasing opportunities for new and complex services and products. This may require marketing activities to be focussed on raising awareness of the benefits of carrying out transactions or purchases or products within an environmentally sustainable model.

This qualification is aimed at further expanding learners’ independent practice to enable them to evolve into more senior roles within organisations as people professionals.

Learners’ work will be mainly operational with some complexity. They will contribute to the thinking around their work, analysing information to inform choices and actions. Working with and influencing others through their work will create short-term value for a wider audience.

Using a framework of HR and L&D understanding, behaviour and skills development, this qualification offers opportunity for learners to transition or develop to people managers.
