Published: 9th of February 2026
How our Apprenticeship Recruitment Team supports employers
Our friendly and experienced team will support you throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. We work closely with your organisation to understand your needs and help you find the right apprentice for your team. This includes:
- Advertising your vacancy on our website and the Find an Apprenticeship service
- Arranging an initial introduction call with your team
- Screening applications before they are sent to you to ensure entry requirements and organisational needs are met
- Inviting suitable candidates to a 15-minute screening call with one of our Recruitment Consultants to ensure their suitability to the role
We’re flexible and responsive to your recruitment needs, ensuring you receive a strong shortlist of candidates for interview. A member of our team can also support your interview panel if required.
Once you’ve made an offer, we’ll manage the enrolment process — verifying qualifications, completing assessments and paperwork, and booking your apprentice onto their induction.
Hiring an Apprentice has never been easier!
