Jack Crawley

Published: 25th March 2024

Jack Crawley is currently working at the Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and is training for his Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship. This programme has supported him with both practical and academic knowledge.

Jack's Apprenticeship involves learning about all things related to the customer service industry, from dealing with enquiries to making sure everyone has a great service experience. When talking about his Apprenticeship, Jack has said:

“I have learned about how to interact with internal and external customers, how to give good service and I have learned a lot more technical skills and communication skills.”

Jack’s journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support from his Training Assessment Facilitator (TAF), Work-based Learning Assessor (WBA) and his employer, who have all been “very helpful and always available for help when needed”.

After his Apprenticeship, Jack has a few ideas about what he might do next and is weighing up his options between getting a full-time job or continuing his studies with a Higher Apprenticeship at The Sheffield College.
