Connor has recently completed his Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship at Apprenticeships+, The Sheffield College, where he’s built the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in pharmacy.
When asked why he chose to do an Apprenticeship, Connor explained:
"I wanted to develop my understanding of the pharmacy career, and this course has been the perfect way to do that."
Throughout his Apprenticeship, Connor has gained valuable technical knowledge and grown in confidence when taking on challenges in his role.
"I’ve developed my knowledge in different areas of pharmacy and learned how to approach problems using what I’ve been taught. It’s really helped me feel more prepared and capable in my job."
Connor also praised his Training Assessment Facilitators (TAFs) for their support and guidance.
"Both Lauren and Kirsty are the best assessors and tutors I could have asked for. They’re so supportive and friendly in their approach, making the course both informative and enjoyable."
Alongside his tutors, Connor has also received strong support from his employer.
"My employer has been brilliant throughout my course. A special thanks to Claire, Karen, Kate, and the rest of the pharmacy team for guiding and supporting me along the way."
Reflecting on his experience, Connor believes his Apprenticeship has given him the knowledge and confidence to progress.
"This course has really prepared me for the next steps in my career. It’s given me everything I need to take on new challenges and reach my goals."
