How does it work?
Delivered in your workplace with one day a week in College and tutor visits every 8-10 weeks
Content
Designed to cover all essential knowledge, skills and behaviours
End Point Assessment
On demand test - 70 minutes to complete
Practical observation - 3 hours to prepare, cook and finish a 2 course meal for 2 people. This will meet a certain criteria as set by the Assessor and questions to be asked during the observation
Professional Discussion - 60 minutes
